vjcoleman @sandjbonesdoc hello Suzyque! Thank you for your questions and interest in this outfit. The best measurement, pit to pit is 22 1/2 inches. The crocheted vest is very soft and pliable, not stiff and scratch like the last one that I just bought. The color I would describe as apple green, or soft lime. Pardon all my fruit references, but I can’t think of a better way to describe the green. It is fresh and bright but not too much. I hope that helps.
