toolalucy @toberli Thank you for your interest. From armpit to armpit it is 18 1/2 inches from the bottom of the neck to the bottom of the skirt it is about 36 inches.

toolalucy So the 18 1/2 measurements is measuring from under the pits, and the dress laying flat. I also measured the waist from one side to the other laying flat and it is about 15 1/2 inches.
