Vintage Bracelet

Nice silver tone bracelet made from Oneida silverware (marked on both sides). Middle is a disc with a cursive “P”, at least I thinks it’s a P. The letter is gold tone. Clasp is magnetic ball. I suspect this is homemade, but can’t be sure. A nice conversation piece in excellent vintage condition.
