Cute little story of a tugboat who didn't let his size or doubters stop him is brought to new life. Per internet info: Hardie Gramatky (1907-1979) was passionate about water-color painting and by 1929 his highly regarded skill won him the post as a head animator at the Walt Disney Studios.
