New! XS Shein Floral Print Self Belted Shirt Dress black/white

Dress is new. Fully lined, drapes well w/ nice weight to fabric. I love the XS dress and fit well (I'm 5', 102 lbs, chest sz B/C). If chest is much bigger than a C cup then the dress will not button.
