@tarcella Hi No It has a long sleeve on the left side. The right side has a strap that hits closer to the neck. Shows a lot of shoulder and arm on right side

@skgaro I’ve just seen the young fabulous and broke Vinny Maxi, where the tank strap is on the same side as the long sleeve. That is what I was looking for and I thought maybe it can be worn either way.

Yes it does work that way. I purchased from Nordstroms - but it was not advertised wearing off one shoulder. It’s a great dress and I received a lot of compliments when I wore it at a convention. If you want to buy it and see if it works for you - I will approve a return if it doesn’t
