Sweet little shirt dress in navy with white and red polka dots all over. Button front with matching tie belt. In excellent pre-owned condition. No flaws. I think this dress is so cute, but I just don’t wear it often since it’s a little short for me. Pair it with some red flats, and you will be cute as a button!
