Brand new, the fabric is really soft and lightweight. Lays nicely. Small delicate white and blue itty bitty pinstripe fabric. Small delicate buttons half way down the back, last pic. Cold shoulder with white lace around shoulder opening. Slight ruffled fullness below bodice. It’s so cute and casual, great with jeans! I’ve just moved a few yrs ago.
