Epic vintage formal evening gown

This dress is a piece of my history! It’s my beautiful, epic prom dress, already a vintage find in the 90’s, probably from the 50’s or 60’s. It’s some kind of purple/navy chiffon over green taffeta. The green is a bright kelly green (brighter than the photos!). There are long, scarf like strips attached to the shoulders. I put a vintage earring in the center for embellishment, which could use some polishing. There is some age wear to the fabric (a few small holes, pictured). Handmade! No size tag, but I wore this when I was size 0-4. Flat measurements are approximately: Bust: 17” Waist: 13” Length: 56”
