Dillard’s Chelsea & Violet One Shoulder Dress NWT

Never used one shoulder dress for a lovely night out with the girls. Could be styled with a waist belt. Fabric material as shown on tag in picture. Notice the strings at the bottom in the close up to strings pictures. A few are longer than the rest and some don’t follow the same flow as the rest. Not noticeable when tried on.
