Lush Floral Cold Shoulder Wrap Dress

Lush off the shoulder wrap dress. The off the shoulder sleeves have a ruffle detail. The string for the wrap is built in to the inside of the dress and can be worn as tight or loose as you would want it. Pattern is floral on a light blue background. Flowers have mint, tan, black and mauve. Dress is textured. Material is 100% polyester. Length is 34” in the front and 35” in the back. Skirt does have some flow to it. Gently used!
