I don't really know how to describe this. this top is so cute and I've held on to it for a long time and it was just time to let it go. If you're petit this could be a short dress. I'm 5' 5 and it hits just above the middle of my thigh. It is a thick cotton and is just so cute! One of the straps IS SLIGHTLY coming apart. Very easily fixed and if you purchase it let me know if you want me to fix it and I will just tack it with Some thread. Very easily fixed. Please ask questions before purchasing
