Such a cute summer dress! Primarily orange and green. Tie neck. Top has a flounce so you can wear it braless and the bottom is lined. Waist tie to flatter any shape. 30 inches from neck line to hem. Nick was a Projecr Runway designer. High quality. Last summer I was a size 6. I do not think this will ever happen again.
