Proenza schouler jewel neck peplum corset blouse

White blouse size 2. Brand new. Had it in a physical consignment shop so some light “shop wear”. Very flattering fit. Peplum is cut beautifully which gives it lots of bounce and looks very high end. Fabric is dressy/formal. Not like a regular cotton blouse. organza ribbon has been professionally sewn to the sleeve and can be unstitched if desired. Lay flat measurement 13.5” on the seam just below the bust (ribs). Approx 15 3/4” mid-bust in the front.
