Proenza schouler jewel neck peplum corset blouse

White blouse size 36. Fits a size 2-4 Brand new, worn once and then dry cleaned. Very flattering fit. Peplum is cut beautifully which gives it lots of bounce and looks very high end. Fabric is dressy/formal. Not like a regular cotton blouse. Actual sleeve length is a bit longer, closer to the elbow and an organza ribbon has been professionally added to the sleeve and can be removed. Will post actual photos shortly.
