Victorian 14K old cut diamond filigree conversion ring

This antique piece is from the late 1800s and features 14k gold and an old cut diamond in the center surrounded by a beautiful floral setting. It’s delicate design sits beautifully on the hand and the old cut diamond’s reputation rings true (in Victorian times diamonds were cut in such a way to shimmer even in the dimmest of rooms.) I believe the ring is currently a size 7 but can definitely be made smaller or larger.
