c_est_lavie @marybay21 hi! ok so I measured the waist, laying flat across. Approx 16", the good thing is it has the tie at the Waist to adjust! I took a photo, I apologize for the bit of wrinkling, it's obviously hung, I just have quite a bit! lol!
