grahamhealer @mikedidit check Chrono24 for value! This case shows holes at wristband so it’s likely 1980s vintage. I believe you’ll see market value on Chrono 24 dependant on condition and whether or not it has box and papers. They do still sell over new value, because you can’t get a new one !

I own one that was purchased new. without seeing the serial number or caliber I can tell from the case, lugs and crown it is a sub from late 90's early 2000's. not considered vintage yet. but close. with box and papers,tags etc. a fair price would be approx $15-17k

leftrightswitch @jmiller01051985 Not true. Many ADs are a few months at best in terms of waiting list for steel sports models if at all. Grey market trading on a five digit Submariner is averaging ~$12.5 / 13K CAD right now.

leftrightswitch @andrewmcclos953 I've worked on a few replicas to emulate what we own as genuine, one of which is a five-digit Sub. Solid end links on this piece are giving off some red flags, even if case holes etc. aren't as frequently seen in replicas as everyone obsesses over the new ones. Until the caseback gets opened it's anyone's guess as to whether this is real.
