Handmade Crochet Jacket 1/2 Sleeve Vintage 1960's 1970's . My Grandma, better known as Nan, made Afghans, she didn't make clothing. I bet if your Grandma made this, you would hate it and all your friends would laugh at your for wearing it buy now you'd give anything for it. I love this piece! It so beautiful with the white multicolor pastel yarn and the purple, teal and blue yarn accents and color blocks. The sleeve is 8" long. The collar is a large ruffled collar that goes all the way to the huge white button. Shoulder to bottom is 16" so it is "cropped" which means it's a little bit vintage and a little bit modern. This was found at a Palm Beach Estate Sale, in great condition other than a very slight yellow stain on the back. You can barely see it. Update: with a little help from a fellow Posher, I was able to remove the yellow stain completely! What a community 😃 Please see pictures as they are part of the description.
