rmarnani Pit to pit in the back is 17, neck to bottom of hem is 25 the sleeve is 19 the jacket has2 hook and eyes to close the jacket…hidden by the ruffle. Fully lined in sleeves and jacket. The tag inside says small. Hope this helps…it is a really cute.
