LOFT cap sleeve dress

Upcycled LOFT dress - bought secondhand and a professional tailor added a purple border to the bottom for added length. Hits above the knee a few inches. Women’s size petite small. Navy and white abstract pattern with dark purple. Belt loops are attached at the waistband, but does not have a belt. Looked really cute with a braided belt or by itself. Nice and breathable fabric for the summer, but can look cute with a cropped blazer for work.
