EUC Vintage Sheer Chiffon and Sequined Detail Neckline Ruched Short Sleeve Dress

Material Unknown(Fully sheer, needs a full slip.) Vintage Size 16, all measurments below are taken with garment laying flat. Fabric is from Korea Commercial Dry Clean Armpit to armpit 21in Waist 21 1/2in Shoulder to hem 44 1/2in This is an absolutely fabulous sheer short sleeve dress with a flowy chiffon neckline with floral sequined detail on each shoulder. Short ruched sleeves. Dress is fully sheer so you would need to get a slip to go with it. Small back slit. Vintage Size 16, but it's most like a modern L/XL. Please refer to measurments above.
