Rayon Culottes from Japan in Dusty Blue and White. I saw these on a recent trip there and had to grab a pair for myself and a couple to list here! Cool, summer weight Rayon that is rather sheer in the direct sunlight (first photo) so you’ll want to wear a pair of nude color panties underneath. Pattern looks very Japanese, but these were actually made in India for the Japanese market. Labeled Size M/L, but this is a US Size S/M. Elasticized Waist with a Cotton Drawstring Tie. 13” Rise and 31” Inseam. They have pockets!
