New with tags. Size small but can fit a smaller medium given the stretch on the waist of the skirt and the adjustable straps on the tank. The skirt has buttons down the front and decorative fringe draw string. Modest split in front and ruffle at the bottom. The tank is roomy with adjustable straps. Tank measurements laying flat: pit to pit 18’, and length from pit 14’. Skirt measurements laying flat: 11” with lots of stretch and length at longest point 35’.
