Vintage 70s/80s Secretary blouse in color sea foam green / blue. covered buttons and pintuck detail down center. Mandarin collar with ties at neck. Flower cutout lace detail at shoulders. full sleeves, slight puff at shoulders. Roughly size 13. No tags, probably handmade. Lightweight material, possibly a polyester blend.
