Navy “burn-out” velvet chevron patterned party dress by Sally Miller couture.

Very good condition party dress! A-line. Size 12, I would say fits more like a 10. I’m listing as a 10 because I think it’s closer. My daughter is 12 and has just grown out of it (and she is pretty true to size.) Great dress that can be worn for a number of years because of the cut!
