Black & White “Dalmatian” print ruffled wrap mini skirt Size XL but fits more like a XXL or XXXL Tying as tight as it will go is still a little loose for 35”, so the fit is more minimum 35” waist up to ~45” waist NWT, only tried on Purchased off Amazon, and not near a UPS store so return is a hassle and I thought I’d offer it here first!
