are these patent leather? and inside leather or cloth?

@dcistis They look like patent leather, but nothing on the inside to detail what these shoes are made of. I posted another photo of flaws I found while trying to find out material of these shoes. I zoomed in for the photos. Asking $30, but if you send me an offer for $12, I'll accept.
