The Pleats' Length Increase from 6.25 inches to 7.75 inches and then to 6.50 inches near the Front Buttons. There is a 11/16 of an inch Band Around the Neck that has Top Stitching all Around the Edge. A Button Hole and a 3/8 inch Button are at the Ends of the Neckband. There are 4 - 3/8 inch Buttons in the Front of the Blouse. The Blouse is Sheer so there's a Teal Camisole Inside the Blouse. The Cap Sleeves have 3 Rows of Elastic, which Creates a little Ruffle. The Elastic is 15/16 th of an inch Wide. At the Bottom of the Blouse is Elastic that is 1 and 3/8ths inches Wide. Across the Chest Measures 19.25 inches. From Shoulder to End of Cap Sleeve Measures 7 inches. From Shoulder to end of Blouse Measures 24 inches.
