Cutest vintage blue chiffon dress with puffy blouson/poet sheer sleeves! I’m not sure what decade this is… maybe 60s? But it’s in perfect condition minus a missing sash. Beautifully swirly (I tried to capture that!) I am 34 chest and 26 waist and this is slightly big but I can make it work. Best for small or medium. Very princess like and Cinderella vibes!
