@teekat but customer service is WAY better here. I’ve gotten paid for every single thing that has been lost. Without going through all the hoops. Merc always told me to take it up with the carrier. The carrier (UPS) would NEVER give me the time of day! I did sell a lot there. I liked that I could sell larger bundles because I have lots of heavy stuff. But, they were awful when things went wrong. AWFUL!

@teekat well, I hope they stay good to you. I sell quite a bit here and so far, they don’t hassle me about 1099’s and all that crap. The commission does suck but whenever my product gets lost, that commission pays for itself. I just have to send one message. Merc gave me the run-a-round every time. And, I never got paid for one $45 order! 😡
