EUC Floral & Peacock Print High-low Dress

EUC Black with floral and peacock print, hig-low dress. This Spanish-Boho dress is so pretty! I recently purchased and sadly it didn't quite work for me. It's too pretty not to be worn, so I'm hoping someone else can wear it. It has buttons on the front, starting at the v-neck, that go all the way down the skirt. I can be tied at the waist with a thin red "belt" that hangs down with red tassels on the ends. Aside from the size tag there are no other tags. I'm certain that it's 100% polyester, so it doesn't stretch. Laying flat measurements are approx- Ap to Ap- 17.5" Waist- 11" (not stretched) 19.5" (fully stretched) Front of skirt length (from bottom of the waist band) 25" Back of skirt length (from bottom of the waist band) 40" Pair it with some wedges or sandals for the perfect warm weather outfit!
