NWT Women’s By & By Top

Brand new Women’s top has cold shoulders (pic3) as well as split sleeves (pic 4). V keyhole in the front as well as the back, with the front one having a pretty filigree-type ornament at top. Beautiful shades of blue (royal, navy & turquoise) as well as lime green & white form various patterns on the fabric. 3/4 sleeves that button at the cuff. The fabric has a crepe feel to it.
