Notations top, blue paisley, V-neck, L

This very cute top is by Notations Clothing in size large. The tags for the size, material content, and washing instructions, are all missing. Please be aware of this. My best guess is that it is made of polyester, and it is machine washable. I also notice that the hem at the end of the sleeves has raw edges. The pit to pit measurement is 19 inches. The length is 24 inches. It’s in good condition.
