Vintage fresh water pearls and macrame necklace, bracelet and earrings set

This set comes from my personal jewelry box. I believe it was purchased back in the 80s or 90’s by my sister and she passed them on to me. I haven’t worn this set in years and now it is time I pass them on to someone else. I believe these are natural freshwater pearls (if there is a way to test to be certain please let me know). Isn’t it just screaming SUMMER? They are beaded with dark brown macrame. Please refer to pictures for measurements and details. Looks like new.
