Opening Ceremony Ladder Trim Tiered Skirt Size 2

This Opening Ceremony Skirt is in very good, gently worn condition. It is a size 2 with ladder trim between tiers, a side zipper, and is lined. I cannot read the fabric tag but this feels like 100% cotton and the lining feels like silk. Waist measures 24" around and it is 17" long.
