Vintage 1950s creamy off white fur stole capelet. Top Hit Fashion by Baar and Beards of NYC, made in Japan. Exterior is 100% rabbit fur, very soft, designed with slight shaping at shoulders and integrated front pockets at bottom front to warm hands and hold stole on. No closures on this design, can be worn on or off the shoulder. Lining is satin with same-fabric decorative rosettes at front bottom hem. Approximately 56” long, 12” at widest to hem in back, tapering to 6” at front ends. Excellent condition for age, a couple of small marks interior as shown in last 2 photos.
