Etcetera pants with black velvet floral pattern on black

Etcetera pants withe a black velvet floral design on a black background. Cotton blend. Barely worn. Only getting rid of since my mom gave me 5boxes of etcetera clothing that don’t fit her any more/she never wore, and I just don’t have room in my tiny closet. Excellent quality usually 200-300 new.
