4/$16 Anthropologie Tabitha Dress Size 0-2

Anthropologie Tabitha - Textured, Two-Toned Sheath Black and White Dress. The side zip top has an asymmetrical look but is all one piece and the dress has pockets (which every dress should)! After close inspection, two small discolorations were found near the bottom back (see last photo). These are not noticeable when the dress is on. This is marked as a size 0, but my daughter who is normally a size 2 wore this, so perhaps it runs large for a 0? Please see measurements below and message me for additional photos or measurements.
