Banana Republic Factory wrap dress with flutter sleeves

Barely worn banana republic wrap dress in almost perfect condition! Very cute but a little short on me so unfortunately I’ve outgrown it. Black and white pattern with a short sleeve and slight ruffle on the bottom layer.
