ssharon Hi! Houston and an area Cypress they think had tornadoes a few hours ago. They have closed downtown Houston as the buildings downtown some are totally destroyed and others glass blown out all over the place. They said around 100mph winds. We luckily were at our Lakehouse with probably 40-45 winds it was scary but thank God we were not at our Country home as it had wicked winds our neighbor called us and we were left looking at our cameras

ssharon @lamilongera Thank you! It was scary even at our Lakehouse as the winds were strong and rain was hard. You will probably see on the news Downtown Houston tomorrow and other parts on the news. Four people so far are dead and it’s so sad

ssharon @lamilongera I’m taking my sons fiancé in two weeks to Canton Texas where they have the largest flea market and got us a nice hotel were us girls can relax and have some fun. I am praying my body cooperates with me

ssharon @lamilongera how are your sales? It’s so slow and I’ve been donating to two towns one for the battered woman and other the resale ministry that help pay bills for people who need it.

lamilongera @ssharon i’ve been going along pretty steady, at least until I went on vacation. But yes, I am also going to start donating clothes. With all these people coming over the border they’re all going to need resources….

ssharon @lamilongera we go to a mostly poorer church that my husband grew up in and it’s so far away. But I like to help the battered woman with children and the facility they have up in our area is great. Then my friend cuts another Father’s hair and he asked me as we were taking a few months ago if I could help donate to the ministry resale shop and he works there one day a week. These poor fathers need help as they work themselves to the bones. So I promised him I would donate to them as well.
