NWOT Ces Femme Maxi Dress- Medium

New denim blue boho maxi dress by Ces Femme. Purchased from an online boutique and never worn because it was too big in the bust. Smocked bodice and tiered, flattering shape. Measures 15.5 inches across bust unstretched and is 54 inches long from hem to hem. This dress does run big- I am a size 10 and reordered in a smaller size a second time. This medium would likely fit someone a size 12-14 best.
