@small1952 Hi, thank you for your patience. They are pretty stretchy in my opinion. 2% spandex, 98% cotton. The rise is approximately 9 inches. And laid flat they measure approx. 15 inches across the waist.

@tessabelle0 hey! thank you! I just have one more question... I love the distressed look... this has a lot lol to say the least, we're they originally like that? I'm just curious if I put them on and go to sit down the front will rip lol I've never seen this much distressing, I love it
