Vintage Embroidered Southern Belle Pillowcase Penco JC Penny Tag. This is a really gorgeous what looks to be hand embroidered vintage pillowcase. It’s got the Penco JC Penny tag and the design is a colorful Southern Belle and embroidered trim. It’s a heavier cotton and measures approximately 20 x 31 inches long. Pillowcase is in good condition with minimal signs of wear or use (I did wash it) There is a small spot by the trim which is listed in the photos. The cotton has a few gathered clumps which I believe is a manufacturer thing but I did add a photo as well for reference.
