Leith Tan Tiger Dye High Low Button Down Dress

I love this piece, but it’s just a bit too big for me. I have a 14” waist for reference and I should’ve stuck to my normal size XSMALL in Leith dresses. For reference: depending on the brand and material I am a size 26 - 27 in jeans, a size 2-4 in pants/dresses and between an xsmall - small in tops. I am 5’3” tall, 34C bra and about 130 lbs.
