This is a wonderful Connected Apparel dress. It is navy blue with a beige/taupe full liner. It is 2 full layers; the taupe liner with the lacy blue flower pattern full overlay. This makes it so flattering as it is a sheath shape without being too form fitting. Terrific for any event and so comfortable. Yes, it has some give to it. 100% polyester. Hand wash cold. This is a size 16W. Top of shoulder to hem is 37". Bottom of pit to hem is 27". Laying flat, bust is roughly 22" across. Grab it now and be set for dinners, theater, and parties later!
