@abigailkeating Love this dress! I have a few questions. Is the dress black or blue? And is the measurement for the PTP accurate? 28" would = 56" around the chest, which seems huge for a size 8. Just thought I'd ask! Thanks!

@dazuli86 i measured again because both of those seemed odd, it’s 28” laying flat, one side pit to pit, with a total of 36”. My apologies on the confusion!
