The Popelina Maxi Dress has an open back with thin straps; its decorative feature is the playful rainbow pom-poms that line the bottom of the dress. This dress has a loose-fitting top portion while also giving the dress added structure. Worn once for the pictures I had to adjust the straps because they were too long (see pics) but you can readjust it as you desire. Bought this summer
