Reposhing this item I purchased from @missrissamac. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Wore once to a wedding. I gained weight and this no longer fits comfortably. I received many compliments wearing this. The chest area was quite open for my liking so I did stitch it as shown in last two pictures. I am 5ft and wore with heels and still slightly dragged, will wash in a net on delicate before shipping.

lyamasaki1124 @lilbundlesofjoy I just measured and it’s a little hard because it’s a high low dress but it’s about 55-56 inches from the shoulder to the longest part of hem. In the pictures, for reference I am 5 ft tall and wearing heels. Unfortunately I do not know how high the heels were as I gave the shoes away. I love this dress and the only reason I’m selling is because I no longer fit

When I get back home I’ll try to measure my other dresses and see whether it’ll work 🙏 Looking for a summer wedding guest dress that I can nurse in and hopefully not have to wear too high of a heel as I’ll be a month postpartum. This looks beautiful, thanks for sharing it ❤️

lyamasaki1124 @lilbundlesofjoy of course! One thing I will say is I just wanted you to be aware I made a small stitch at the chest since I didn’t want it too open. It might be able to be cut back out? I do not have children so can not confirm how easy nursing would be haha. I’m 32c for reference and zipper is in the back only.

lilbundlesofjoy @lyamasaki1124 omg thank you so much for mentioning this! I was thinking this was a wrap dress and I’d just snip the stitch you made to make it nursing friendly. Is the tie at the waist just for fashion but the dress doesn’t actually open up like wrap style?

lyamasaki1124 @lilbundlesofjoy correct it is NOT a wrap dress. I’m so glad I mentioned it too. Perhaps this isn’t the best dress. It’s stitched at the waist already, I just added another stitch for the coverage. I sold another dress though from lulu that was for sure a wrap dress I’ll try to tag you in it if I still have the listing so you can search for it. I wouldn’t be able to measure but you know how tall I am.

Online shopping is hard, online thrifting is even harder and then being short and petite adds another level… so add in nursing that just might be near impossible with tired momma brain just for a wedding guest dress haha!! Priorities so I’m glad I could help out being not a momma yet. Hope you find something that works !!
