Dress + headpiece + photo of previous owner in it. 1912. Off white 'white' sheer, crisp Batiste cotton. Front panel - pin tucking, fagoting and embroidery. Slightly drop waist. Buttons down back, to waist. Cuffed, elbow length sleeves. Full skirt. Lilly of the valley headpiece. No label, antique handmade.. Sz S, up to approx. US6. Check measurements. Excellent antique condition. No issues of note. Freshly cleaned, left unstarched and up to new owner's discretion. See pics. Sold as is.
This is sheer and you might want an under slip which is not included in this listing. Previous owner wore several layers under this garments, as her communion dress. This can, of course, be worn as a wedding dress or as an attendant gown.

Beautiful dress!
It does not seem to be the same one in the antique photo, though. You can see tier shadows on the skirt in the photo, but just pin tucks in the photos you took. There is also a difference of sleeve length and collar style (though this could have been an addition and not part of the dress). Are you sure that the dress in the antique photo is the same one you listed?

@lulythesweet thank you for your comments. Yes pretty sure it’s the same as the photos. I asked the family about it as well. Seems this was worn over a longer piece, a slip maybe? That component was missing from set as you see here, all stored together in a trunk. But thank you for sharing your observations. 😊
