Beautiful, long sleeved 80’s vintage dress, from P.C.F Petites (styled by Hal Ferman). Abstract pattern and heavily pleated with tiny pleats top to bottom. Dress is sheer and will need a slip underneath (or not, you do you). Wrap belt. Perfect condition and I haven’t been able to find a single imperfection. Material has a sheen to it.
